What happens if I run out of AI credits before the month ends?
Keyword automations keep running as normal; AI responses pause with a configurable fallback message (and hand over to your team if that's enabled) until the next billing cycle, or you can top up.
What happens if I go over my message limit?
This is a hard limit — the action is blocked with an upgrade prompt showing your current usage, never a surprise overage charge.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How do I pay?
Card, bank transfer, or USSD via Paystack — VAT is itemized where applicable.
Is there a contract?
